The Treaty of Cianwood was a treaty made to prioritize our current goals in HeartGold. Many people wanted to continue with gyms, while many other wanted Kenya back from the PC. It was decided to retrieve Kenya after Jasmine and Team Rocket in Goldenrod were defeated.
