Napoleon

Napoleon is a trainer who doesn't really care about anything and isn't a big fan of Pokémon. He doesn't take much seriously, which annoys his friend Pearl. Pearl is waiting for him on the next Route, Napoleon takes a lesurly stroll before going to him. When Dawn needs his help, he spends ours hanging out in the dare care before realizing he forgot about her. He draws crude images on his Poketch and spends a lot of time gambling. He released his Chimchar and caught the "ugliest" Pokémon there are in the game. He won't let his Pokemon evolve, except Sunbrella, but this was an accident.

The reoccuring theme of "sun" in this one has had an effect on him. He now lets some of his Pokemon evolve.
