For a while he held Black Glasses, but currently holds a shoal shell. He is thought to be the son of Chairman Skitty. He is Level 57. His moves are Surf, Body Slam, Rollout, and Follow Me. He is very relaxed. His ability is Magnetism(Magnet Pull), which prevents steel types from escaping.
