The Ledge

The Ledge is a simple obstacle in Pokemon, which serves as an-one way wall that the player can choose to hop down from that they cannot pass. Although the majority of ledges in-game are barely obstacles, especially for a normal player, the Hivemind's absolute lack of coordination means that ledges are particularly dangerous to move by. One particularly infamous example is the ledge maze in Route 9, which while trivial for a normal player ends up being complete hell for the many minds trying to progress through the game.
