Catz was a game which Twitch played during the time between Crystal and Emerald. It was about a girl who owned a cat.
Due to the emulator not having time-based-events, and a few bugs in Catz, the time was eventually stuck at 10 PM constantly.
Not too long into the game, the cat got stuck walking backwards into a wall, and was soon named "Michael Catson", as he was moonwalking.
One popular meme during this time period was "OH LOOK AT THE TIME", with a clock that only had 10 PM on it, and a picture of Catson.
